I have always dreamed of writing my own cook book. Being a vegetarian of almost 10 years, I'm constantly asked "What do you eat?" I love cooking! Making healthy, fresh, light dishes are always a treat for me. Heres what I made for dinner last night.
Edemne Salsa
10oz Shelled Edemne
15oz White Corn
1/2 Chopped Red Onion
1/2cp Cooked Qunia
1 Tlbps Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Lemon and 1 Lime
Citontro
Salt and Peper to tast.
Throw it all together, let it chill, and enjoy.
